The Service provides dynamic QR code creation, management, and scan analytics. Dynamic QR codes allow you to change the destination URL without reprinting the code.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to: distribute malware or phishing links; link to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content; infringe intellectual property rights; or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend QR codes or accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Trial accounts convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You retain ownership of the content and destination URLs you create. You grant us the right to store and process this data to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content your QR codes link to.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hostedqr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
